Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts and ensure reporting timelines are met
- Prepare tax computation and GST returns
- Prepare monthly consolidation, group management report, group cashflow forecast and budget
- Prepare monthly payroll and assist the Financial Controller with regards human resources and administrative functions
- Prepare quarterly announcement
- Prepare year end audited financial statement
- Liaise with external auditor with regards statutory reporting requirements
- Liaise with internal auditor for internal audit requirements
- Update and improve the existing standard operating procedures
- Liaise with tax agent for all tax compliance matters
- Assist Financial Controller in driving group initiatives
- Any other ad hoc assignments
Job requirements:
- Degree in accountancy and relevant professional qualifications
- Experience in consolidation, group reporting and preparation of financial announcement for listed issuers
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills
- Meticulous, good time management and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS EXCEL and MYOB
- Independent
- Minimum 5 years accounting and auditing experience.
