24 April 2019 — Olive Tree Estates Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2019. The directors of Olive Tree Estates Ltd. and about 20 shareholders were present for the AGM.
The AGM commenced with an introduction and welcome by Olive Tree Estates Chairman, followed by the passing of resolutions. The voting results were announced and all resolutions were passed smoothly.
After the AGM session ended, some of the shareholders stayed behind to have conversations with one another and with the Board Members.
Most of the shareholders left by 10.50am, concluding the company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting.
